Clara WisemanClara is known for her lively uke sessions for adults and children, which she has brought to schools, community groups, and festivals since 2013.
Before joining ILOVEUKE Clara organised arts and music projects at Community Music East and The Garage. She began her musical journey at 18 in all-female punk band PMT and later founded punk ukulele band The Pukes, performing at gigs and festivals across the UK and Europe. Clara also plays bass and guitar, and enjoys sewing and crochet. |
Emily EagleEmily fell in love with the ukulele when she joined punk band The Pukes. During her time with the group she sang backing vocals at gigs and festivals, recorded an album, created videos and helped deliver ukulele workshops.
Emily enjoys teaching younger children. She believes that the ukulele, with its fun and approachable nature, is an excellent introduction to learning instruments. Her goal is to make music education enjoyable and accessible, sparking a lifelong love for music. Emily loves punk, rockabilly and all things vintage. When she's not teaching ukulele she makes hair flowers. |
Emma EwinsEmma is a folk musician who can be found performing original and traditional music in Norwich and around the UK with her duo Patchwork Skies.
Emma has a wealth of experience delivering music sessions locally and at festivals and events with her family music project Tiddly Folk, and has even started a ceilidh band aimed at the tiddlies! Emma loves how accessible and fun the ukulele is, and has shown many a child how to play their first C chord. |
