Terms and Conditions

1. Child Absence
   • If your child is unable to attend a session, no refund will be issued for the missed session.
2. School Closures
   • In the event of a school closure (e.g. due to strikes, weather conditions, or health-related incidents such as COVID-19), no refund will be issued. However, if sufficient notice is provided, a video tutorial will be shared as a substitute for the missed session.
3. Tutor Absence
   • If a workshop is cancelled due to the tutor’s unavailability, the cost of the cancelled session will be deducted from the fees for the following term.
   • If your child does not continue with the club in the next term, no refund will be issued for the cancelled session.
4. Mid-Term Withdrawal
   • If a child withdraws from the club partway through a term, no refund will be provided for the remaining sessions, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the ILOVEUKE team.

OUr uke clubs

We've been running Uke Clubs in schools since 2010 and work with more than 170 children a week nine primary schools in Norwich and south Norfolk.

As well as developing musical skills, learning ukulele in a group helps children:

• increase confidence and self esteem
• develop teamwork skills
• develop communication skills
• improve coordination

Uke Clubs take place after school or during the lunch break. Each session is 30-60 minutes and is suitable for up to 15 students. Students learn how to hold and strum, pick, make chords, play and sing songs and create their own compositions.

​We communicate with parents directly via email to confirm term dates, collect club fees, etc.

ILOVEUKE tutors have DBS checks and public liability insurance.
