Young and old sang together when Mulbarton Primary Uke Cub visited elderly folk in Swardeston last week.
The nine children from years 5 and 6 played songs to an appreciative crowd at Edith Cavell Day Centre. There was much audience participation with the older folk joining in on You Are My Sunshine and Yellow Submarine.
Afterwards the children enjoyed a much deserved glass of squash and chatted with the day centre clients.
Julia Jones from the centre said: "Thank you for giving us such a cheerful, fun afternoon and showing us your uke skills!
"The clients really enjoyed the time chatting to everyone afterwards too. We must not forget to say thanks to the parents for helping with the transport arrangements."
