Uke-O-Vision 2019

A big well done to The Tuesday Strummers on their performance at Uke-O-Vision on Saturday night.

Representing USA, nine of us dressed up in our finest Western outfits and played a Cowboy Medley which included three Tuesday Strummer favourites - Oh Susanna, Jackson and Red River Valley.

Much fun was had watching the other countries perform before delivering our scores. The winners were France with a hilarious reworking of the Ian Dury and the Blockheads classic Hit Me With Your French Baguette.

We also smashed the buffet, made good use of the cheap bar and attempted a barn dance. A great night all round!
